Tell us what is happening, what matters most and what you need. We listen, ask focused questions and explore the legal, practical and human dimensions of your situation to understand the real issue and how we may help.
03 / Know your position.
Within 24 hours, receive a written preliminary view of your legal position, the key issues to consider and your possible next steps. Where appropriate, you will also be invited to continue with the red start, with no obligation. A fixed fee for the red start, starting at €450, will be communicated in advance.
