Founded with conviction.
Led with
strategy, clarity and tenacity.

By Anis Bendimred, attorney-at-law.

Anis founded the red firm to rethink how disputes are approached.

After training and working in leading international law firms in Luxembourg and Belgium, he saw that clients rarely need legal analysis alone. They need clarity. They need perspective. They need to understand whether to negotiate, escalate, wait, settle or fight, and what each decision will truly cost.

That conviction became the foundation of the red firm.

Anis focuses on strategic dispute resolution, with experience in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, post-M&A conflicts, enforcement, arbitration, real estate and construction disputes, and complex cross-border matters.

His background also includes M&A and corporate work, giving him a broader understanding of transactions, governance, shareholder dynamics and commercial risk. It also allows him to understand how disputes often arise before they formally become disputes.

His work is driven by one idea: a dispute must be treated as a strategic situation, not just a legal file. The law matters. But so do timing, pressure, incentives, personalities, financial exposure and the client’s real objective.

Through the red method, Anis helps clients understand where they stand, what their options are, and which path makes the most sense, legally, commercially and personally.
