Human sciences, embedded in the method.

The red method does not simply acknowledge the human side of legal problems. It is designed to capture and use it.

During the red start, each client chooses between three questionnaires (5, 10 or 15 minutes) developed with the support of human sciences experts.

Alongside the legal facts, the questions explore what standard legal intake often overlooks: your objectives, priorities, pressures, risk appetite, decision-making preferences, communication style and desired level of involvement.

Your answers help us ask better questions, identify what truly matters, understand how decisions are likely to be made and adapt the strategy to the people involved.

They influence how we frame your options, anticipate reactions, assess risk, time each action, communicate with you and build the strategic roadmap. They also help us calibrate costs, matching the scope and fee structure to what truly matters to you, rather than a standard approach.

This is how human sciences become part of the legal work: not as a theory, but as practical information used to design a strategy that fits both the matter and the client.
